The store hasn't had working AC except for in the back where the offices are. We, as employee's, had complained for 3 months that it is too unbearably hot in our store for guest let alone the workers running around all day! The solution we got? Three awful, portable units that you couldn't even feel if you weren't right in front of it. Outside temps are peaking at 100° and that is "all they can do." Anything but to fix the problem. Also be prepared to work EVERY single department in the store and have to learn about pretty much every product or learn how to be savvy in the app. Because there is no sorting through this belk store to find anything. One last thing, the company does not care if you've experienced a natural disaster disturbance or if you're experiencing a medical emergency. If you're not there, they WILL count it against you.

Management doesn’t care a their employees at all. Our A/C has been broken for at least 6 months and we’re all working in the heat, but they don’t care. Customers complain but they say that it costs too much to fix. And that’s just one example.
