Management is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Management takes no action in addressing employees behavior. If you butter up to management then you can get away with anything. Store manager and other top managers have zero respect for employees. Management is extremely immature and have been caught in several lies. When you speak up for yourself you're punished. They don't take harresment complains seriously. Leads will take other department belongings and not return them. Bullies. The worst environment I ever worked in. The store was always a mess u less there was a visit. Stock rooms were filled with items thrown in there by the visuals employee. The store was horrible to pick items in. Lazy and trashy is how I would describe the working environment.
