      Pros

      - Schedule flexibility (in this position- rare for other roles) - Decent benefits - Great merchandise discount - Met lots of incredible people from all walks of life

      Cons

      - Position was eliminated "due to impacts of Covid-19" but we saw it coming way before the pandemic. The company was constantly struggling and while Belk tends to fly under the radar when layoffs occur, they had occurred each year I worked for them. - Upper Management/Sr. Management constantly changing. Priorities and company initiatives changed with each manager making it confusing for teams to know their focus and frustrating for Account Coordinators trying to deliver the best results. - Stressful. This position required a lot of responsibility but was hardly recognized as important- hence, why the position was first to be eliminated.
