      Good pay, better position than many other department stores, Charlotte a great place to live with good cost of living

      Cons

      Company culture is mean-spirited and competitive. CEO encourages infighting in her direct reports. Male dominated - in last 9 months all marketing female execs have been replaced with less qualified men

      Hours are atrocious. Schedule is never out on time and preferential treatment is obvious.

      Great opportunity to move up in the company. They do offer incentive-based raises.

      Cons

      They micromanage everything, and leave a little room for management and other employees to come up with and make creative decisions of their own. They say they want to focus on employees, they definitely focus more on numbers and business. They tend to focus more on failures and why you weren’t able to perform versus successes and positive growth opportunity.
