      Own paced work, discounts, really nice co workers.

      Cons

      THANKSGIVING used to be a holiday for family. While the CEOs and Belk owners enjoy their turkey dinner with their families they expect their sales teams to work 10 hour days to 1am the next morning to make a buck. Belk does not care for their employees enough to give them one day, a national holiday, to spend with their families. This is total disrespect for employees. It won't be long before these department stores are open for Christmas too.
