      Pros

      Most Co-workers are very friendly, training staff is awesome, corporate events are fun, and you get experience with different teams. CEO is actually very cool from the interactions i've had with her.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, management is constantly wanting something new and not willing to try new things. People will throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. Depending on your office this "40hr" a week job can easily turn into 50-60 hrs.

      Pros

      You receive a 20% discount for all purchases as an employee, and co-workers genuinely enjoy their job despite management difficulties.

      Cons

      The management was so bad that customers would try to file complaints against the store manager, and management would target employees until they would leave. If they did not leave, management would target them and make the work environment hostile until they would leave. Management also accused previous employees of shop lifting and make them feel uncomfortable so they would never return to the store. Customer complaints against management goes unnoticed as well as employee complaints.

      Good pay was a ok job and work was not bad. The stock could have been better.

      Cons

      Only got the pay I needed when I got good commission. Poor management.
