Pros

You meet great loyal customers. Management does listen to your concerns if not too needy. Teaches punctuality due to strict policies. Double employee discount is always great. 40% off 6 or 7 times a year. More discounts during Christmas. If you open up a credit you get three dollars. Sometimes it changes to five on the holidays.

Cons

You cannot be more than 5 minutes late. Part timers get no vacation or sick days. If you call put you are reprimanded. Three strikes and you're out. Full timers get no vacation or sick days until they have been there for one year. Competition in commission based positions is horrible. Management picks favorites and will find a way to get rid of you if you pose a threat. Full timers need 2 credits a week, part timers need 1. You are constantly harassed to solicit credit.
