Great autonomy, I can run my store as I would like. Great communication from upper management and financially sound. Great pay, decent benefits.

Cons

During the holidays salaried mgt works 6 days straight from Nov-Jan, no work/life balance during this time. No real training, you sort of learn while working, which may be difficult for some. You either sink or swim here.
