Pros

Good hours, decent benefits, great vendor relationships depending on department you oversee.

Cons

Smaller company so be prepared to constantly have to “pivot” when things go to left. Also be prepared to sell your soul and first born in order to drive credit card performance to the detriment of your own job in some locations. Credit is crammed down your throat over any KPI and in most cases takes away from you trying to drive actual volume. You’re told the card will help drive sales when in fact it’s just a way to line the keep shareholders happy.
