      I love everyone I work with, it feels like a family. It makes you want to do your best work and you are rewarded when you do.

      Cons

      I honestly don't have any. I am the happiest in my work I have ever been.

      Pros

      I personally have been able to grow with the company quickly. I always feel like someone has my back and is looking out for the best interest of the employees. Vacation, sick and paid holidays is good. Pay is very competitive. During COVID they have proven that their employees matter and they strive to do the best for them.

      Cons

      Benefits are good but I think they could be a little less expensive. I know they are working on this and every year it gets cheaper.
