      Cons

      Need in house training for maintenance associates, however, Bell started this initiative in 2020

      They go out o f their way to make their associates feel appreciated and open communication at all levels! Great work life balance.

      I am so disappointed with my experience with Bel Partners Inc. I have never felt so happy to not be working for a company like theirs any longer. From day 1 the lack of professionalism and organization that company lacks is shameful. For being such a big, well-known company they should be disappointed on how they are running their business. The corporate and HR departments do not listen to their employee's and will loose out on good staff to keep the ones that should not truly be there. They allow managers to discriminate against employee's, which can cause a huge legal issue for that company - but yet act like they don't see the obvious . If you know anything about property management, don't do it! This is not the company they claim to be. I remember being so excited to work at Bell, and I wish I would have never waisted my time. Do your research and ask around, this is not the way to go.
