      Pros

      Culture that is full of helpful people that want to see you succeed. Always learning and developing new skills. Support is available at every step. Benefits are amazing - they even give you back health care savings ..who does that, most companies keep the savings for their bottom line but Bell gives it to their employees. Growth opportunities are constant. Fun atmosphere, it is a job with hard work but they really celebrate and let you enjoy the job.

      Cons

      Lots of new initiatives that can overwhelm the onsite teams, however they are generally good once implemented. Lots of meetings which can sometimes make it hard to get everything done, though important to stay informed. Even those things are not truly cons just create some challenges.

      I have worked for this company a long time, started as a Leasing Consultant and am now in the Regional Role. I love working for Bell Partners. I have had opportunities to leave but am so glad I never did.

      Pros

      Everyone has a voice, employees at all levels are listened to. Work/life balance is best in the business. My teams see CEO, COO, SVP, VPs annually, I can guarantee there are a lot of other companies out there where site level employees cannot state that. Solid benefits and comp packages.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication to ownership groups is behind the rollout to internal operations.
