      Pros

      This is a great place to work! Finally found a place where there is true work-life balance, not just lip service to it. The company has a great Employee Assistance Program and Wellness program that help with the work-life balance. The culture is so positive. Being a family-owned business helps. They are real people and set real standards for the company.

      Pros

      The organization provides a 3 month on-boarding process that start with the day that you receive your offer. You are then assigned to a Bell Buddy, that completes a series of "homework" to ensure that you are exposed to all the immediate and important items. Large company, but like family feel! Everyone is always willing to help and never assumes you know the answer to anything. Clear and transparent communication

      Cons

      At times you can feel remote from the larger markets (must be a determined and self-motivated individual).
