When someone asks what I do and where I work, I am always proud to share that I work at Bell Partners. Bell is always growing and always changing. So many times, organizations change with only the organization in mind. Not Bell Partners. They truly believe their associates are the secret sauce to their success and are quick to tell owners and prospective investors just that. I can honestly say that in the almost 8 years I've been here, I've never once dreaded coming into work. Our Benefits Department is always striving to find the best benefits, at the most cost effective price for our associates. I am enjoying the best benefits I've ever had in my career. Surveys are often put out for associates to give their input on benefits, work life, compensation, etc. The owners and executives listen to what the associates are saying. The surveys are not just put to the side. They are studied at length and then shared with everyone. Truly an amazing place to work.
