      Pros

      Bell has a great work/life balance and they treat you like family. Their corporate staff are the happiest and nicest group of professionals that I have worked with. They have a strong work ethic and a very professional team. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good work environment.

      Cons

      They are not as progressive as they could be. They hire great staff with strong skills, but struggle at times with knowing how to best utilize newly acquired talent. Not a lot of opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      Bell is large enough to make it possible to have opportunities for growth, yet still feels like a small, family-owned company. There is support at every level with lots of opportunities for training. Employee feedback is requested on a regular basis and often leads to changes in policies and/or procedures for the better.

      Cons

      There isn't always a lot of communication between regions, so for employees looking to make a location change, it may not be as easy as changes within their area. Portfolios can change frequently, which isn't necessarily a con, but you definitely have to be adaptable!
