      Pros

      Many locations in multiple states. Very nice bonus structure. Frequent online continuing education trainings offered/required. Better than average wages.

      Cons

      Terribly understaffed at many locations. Difficult getting assistance to accomplish goals. Often times to much time required for administrative work, while resident requests are back logged.

      Nothing is pro about this guys. They raise appartment residents rental. No one is happy with them.

      Pros

      Great training and development. Associates are willing to help you when needed. Upper management seem nice and interested in most employees.

      Cons

      The growth potential does not seem to be as promising as once before. Bell is going through a transition in properties and usually when they are gaining properties, they are also losing them. This then creates a cycle where they are saving people and can't really promote those who have been patiently waiting. It also seems as if you have to be apart of a clique to get ahead. Usually only one type seems to get promoted easily and quickly. The culture of the company also seems to be changing. They don't seem to invest in their employees anymore or show their appreciation. It's starting to make many lose respect for a company that is known for being AWESOME.
