      Pros

      Awesome commissions schedule. Paid overtime. Solid upper management. Bell Partners use onesite software for leasing. Great work environment.

      Cons

      Residents can be hard to work with. Issues on a daily basis of rent corrections. Lots of lease violations with angry residents.

      I've liked the culture here and the people. Very helpful and very understanding. The opportunity to excel exists if you are willing to take it. Senior management has done a good job to make the employees feel welcome and understand their needs and concerns.

      Cons

      Senior management can try and do more to be involved and play an active role in the success of the employees who report to them.
