Not enough training but you better take it upon yourself to get someone to train you. ZERO FLEXIBILITY. Middle management is too green to know how to effectively talk to employees. Better off working for minimum wage than working here....Oh, one more thing, don't express interest in working for another department within the company.

Middle mangement is unprofessional and un trained. Upper mangement has no clue what actually goes on. Turnover is high and good workers are lost. Company leaders aren't told the truth about employee turnover.
