Upper management is non existent so that leaves everything up to your onsite team on the type of experience you'll have.

Onsite management can be a pain not too much to say bad about the company from my knowledge

Competitive salary and benefits. Management above regional level very good.

Cons

Regional Manager's in Dallas area have no integrity. They are more concerned with gossip. They do not have the business acumen to know that things are not always what they seem to be. Focus should be on occupancy growth, rent growth, and cash flow. That is the main objective for our clients and when that is achieved and value has been added to the asset a manager that works for you has achieved great success. But, unfortunately that is not someone that you value! Gossip and false accusations are what you value in Dallas.

Commission Structure Company structure/ internal organization-- very organized Relaxed culture/fun work environment Room for growth and continual learning within the organization

Cons

There was a lot of room to advance from leasing to onsite management, but it was VERY difficult to advance from onsite management to corporate/regional management-- they tended to hire regionals and corporate level managers from outside, even given qualified onsite managers with years of experience and advanced degrees in real estate/management related fields
