Pros

I have worked for 2 other large property management company's Bell Partners by far has the best leadership, growth potential, and communities. Bell supports you and believes in you!

Cons

The Bell Buddy Mentor program needs some improvements. It’s a great concept and I’m hoping this program gets stronger as Bell gets larger and larger.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you were pleased with the pay; however, we are quite discouraged to learn how you felt about upper management. This is not a typical response we receive so we are eager to learn about your perspective. At your convenience, please contact us at careers@bellpartnersinc.com to set up a time to discuss. Thank you for helping us improve.

Pros

Working at a larger property gave me the ability to make tons of money in commission, so the pay wasn’t bad.

Cons

Impossible to get promoted from within, even with multiple years experience, unless you wanted to move to another city. Poor hourly pay, again, even with experience. Regional managers were made out to be as if they are better than their team, never came to visit and when they did, it was “make sure you dress nice, make sure everything is perfect!” When that wasn’t the standard all the time? It was a joke.
