Cons

Toxic and corporate. Steer clear of this company. They do not care about you as an employee in terms of compensation for your work. The company is completely paperless and that should mean it’s more efficient, when it does not mean that. We found ourselves working harder and longer, despite no physical paperwork to have to file.

There are no "best" reasons to work for Bell Partners, Inc.

Cons

They are very unprofessional. They do not care about the properties they oversee. While half the staff does little work, the other half is carrying the entire workload and working through lunches and late into the night just to ensure positive experiences for new and existing tenants. Basically, if you're not part of their inner circle, you'll be treated poorly and taken advantage of.
