Cons

If you’re not white, born in America, uphold the teachings of Jesus, and never touched a drop of alcohol in your life, you’ll probably be fine. But if not, you’re screwed. And the white blonde you know what’s that run the gig will make your life hell until they fire you.

Management cares little outside of their own profits, Bell is known for making people take courses on everything from discrimination to harassment, yet they are prone to discrimination...they market themselves as a cutting-edge real estate company, yet they are just another buy and sell that focuses NONE on helping bother residents and employees (especially residents)..hands down selling your soul to take a position of little regard for others or actually making residents happy

My first years were great— culture, team, flexibility, many wins.

Cons

Last two years, the home office has fallen apart culturally and professionally. The properties don’t feel it (thank goodness) but the teams in Greensboro office sure do. Massive turnover, people in director positions on up are leaving, HR has done a complete turnover and is no longer for the employees (which is scary). Leadership is unethical and has little integrity. The Bell of past is long dead.
