Unrealistic budgets Horrible process for creating budgets Cheap company. They hardly ever do anything special for the employees Upper management is clueless on how to be leaders Good employees are not appreciated Employee rent discounts are the lowest in the industry Training program is horrible, it is hours of staring at a computer for days with unrealistic due dates and some of it is out dated Unrealistic deadlines Largest employee turnover I have ever seen Not enough support from upper management Upper management is not approachable and it feels like they don't have your back. You feel like you are walking on egg shells because everything they say is so negative and people have been leaving the company for unknown reasons Most of the employees hate working there but are staying till they find something better, so the team morale is very low.

They are very unprofessional. They do not care about the properties they oversee. While half the staff does little work, the other half is carrying the entire workload and working through lunches and late into the night just to ensure positive experiences for new and existing tenants. Basically, if you're not part of their inner circle, you'll be treated poorly and taken advantage of.
