Pros

Decent insurance for a single person. New PTO plan is good for hourly employees.

Cons

Underpaid. After five years and being promoted twice, my hourly wage is the same as new hires at an entry level position. After asking for a raise twice, both times I was told how I could earn more money. Numerous other employees were given raises by just threatening to quit. Upper management justifies this by saying I earn bonuses.

Pay was good ; Benefits ( health insurance, vision, dental ) were good

Cons

Was not told job duties & expectations until after hire-in ; Was harassed constantly by one other employee ( complained , but management did nothing) . Management took no interest whatsoever in actually running the shop.

Good pay once in sales, or auto repair. good benefits, fun employee parties. free tickets to sporting events/concerts. Great training programs. Can be fun to work at.

Cons

Very political. "corporate knows best" your opinion doesn't matter (they say it does) Very cut throat with management and mechanics. If you're in sales you get moved a lot, which can help learn more. if you get transferred to a store where you're miserable good luck getting moved. you'll be told to "suck it up". Seems like the only way to get a pay raise to to say you're quitting. They'll throw money at you to appease your complaints.
