Promotions, merit increases and bonuses are awarded to the team members who set the right tone and walk the walk! Belle Tire is the only place to consider if you enjoy or are interested in a career in the automotive field or being able to help customers in a time of need!
Cons
It's retail so you have to be flexible with working past close and on the weekends. You also need to be comfortable with getting dirty since we are working on customers vehicles and touching tires all day.
