I loved this job very much! I am a girl and they all treated me very well, but DID NOT treat me better than the guys there, which I find very important. My bosses and coworkers were amazing. I only disliked one of the men I worked with. As with all jobs. Management was great at showing you where you are doing well and where you could improve. I always left feeling like I truly earned my check. Regular inspections to see about earning a raise. Felt like a family there, truly. They Promote from within!!! Benefits, 401k, etc.

Cons

You will leave covered in dirt and you will be tired. We pulled 12-16 hour days sometimes.

Pros

the environment at belle tire can be hectic, but as an emergency road service tech, you get what you put in. Money is there to be made if you're willing to work for it.

Cons

Raises aren't exactly a regular thing. Much of the time, you have to quit and come back to get any kind of a raise.
