-Free ice cream -Nice people -Can be flexible in hours, some workers would be there almost everyday while others would only take on a couple of shifts per week -Really nice part time job for a student

-Can be overwhelming on hot summer days, on days like that should have more staff

Owners are extremely helpful and want you to do well. It is a fairly small franchise so you get to know mostly everyone after a while. Free ice cream!

Cons

Since it is a small franchise you can not really more up to a higher position and if you do pay isn't as large for the same reason.
