      Good people, but micromanaged. Numbers come first.

      Pros

      benefits are good, great coworkers, relatively easy to request PTO, con education is great.

      Cons

      numbers are always pushed (literally anything you can think of is tracked), and you are constantly hassled if you are not meeting them. Expect to work during lunch taking phone calls, etc.

      No opportunities for advancement. Pay rate isn’t worth it and the yearly pay increase is a few cents.
