Pros

The company is tracking outcome measures across all sister companies for research development, advocacy in our profession, and advocacy for our reimbursements as a profession. Excellent team of outpatient therapists that is unique to each clinic and region.

Cons

We’d like to see improvements in our benefits. Our con-Ed resources and stipends are excellent. It would be nice to see improvements like paid family leave (maternity/paternity).

Pros

- As a student, this is a very good start to healthcare experience for those seeking entry-level experience. You learn a lot and quickly. - The clinic environment was social and engaging. You could tell that therapists cared about their patients, and most were willing to get to know you as well.

Cons

- PT Technicians usually end up taking the brunt of whatever changes are occurring in the clinic. Thus, if there are lots of structural changes in clinic management, you usually have to fill in some of the gaps. - The pay isn't wonderful, but if you are entering into this field, that is pretty standard to start.

Cons

Big company that cares more about numbers than the employees Not a ton of help from business office/credentialing office and billing office when needed Lower pay and incentives than other PT companies in the area.
