Good CEU opportunities, horrible pay and work expectations

Tons of CEU opportunities through upstream rehabilitation and medbridge.

Cons

Poor pay for the amount of work and how specialized hand therapy is. Constantly getting compared to physical therapists regarding caseload expectations and billed units despite being a different profession. Employers only care about the money for themselves. They will work you to the ground. Extremely high employee turnover because any job with Benchmark is not sustainable long term.

job is great if you like not being paid enough to survive.

honestly i absolutely loved working here, all my coworkers were amazing and most of the patients were too

Cons

but like i said in the headline, they don’t pay enough to survive and there’s almost no room for growth or even yearly raises. i was denied a raise until i turned in my notice, and then all of a sudden they were willing to match my new pay.

Such a supportive and fun company to work for. Everyone really supports a good work life balance and treats you like you are a friend. There is never been a lack of support.

Cons

The pay for the front office could be better based on the work that is asked of the front office
