      Pros

      PTO was great! Amazing employees no matter the location you go to. If you want lots of hours you can definitely receive more.

      Cons

      The amount of work they assign you to do is very overwhelming for the hourly rate an Office coordinator gets paid. Not enough training is given and many other OC's are not trained enough. No pay raise. No over time is allowed unless approved. When you ask for assistance, it is not always given.

      Pros

      Hires new grads with a decent mentorship program, supportive coworkers in the clinic make for a fun and collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      High productivity standards for relatively low pay leads to burnout and high turnover, pressured to make up time missed for holidays or PTO, pressured to "volunteer" for community events on the weekends, potentially long travel time as a floater or to area/region meetings, great clinic directors but regional director ran the region like a sorority girl
