      The health insurance isn't bad, and some of the people are decent.

      Cons

      Some of the most difficult C-suite stakeholders on the planet. They nitpick so badly and get upset with you for not reading their minds. The CEO regularly screams at people on calls and throws meaningless temper tantrums. None of the management does anything to help with this because everyone is afraid to speak their mind. Priorities and even job descriptions are a constant confusion. Most people point fingers at others instead of holding leadership accountable for the mess and confusion. If you want to move up here, take on an EXHORBITANT amount of work you aren't paid for, or date someone in leadership.
