Pros
They higher fresh college graduates.
Cons
They love to higher and fire people. I received an email about twice a month notifying us about people that, "no longer work here". You have to be able to do the full development stack, from designer to back end developer. They brag about their global offices but when it comes to meetings there are always technical difficulties trying to get everyone connected through phone and iChat. So meetings always start late or run long.
