Pros

The management is really helpful and there is a good exposure as most of the employees are young and energetic. It is a great place to work and can enjoy every moment. The hike is all based on your performance.

Cons

There are no cons as from my end

Best Company to Work and Learn with

Pros

Friendly work environment, Work From home, Supportive Management, Appreciation for efforts taken

Cons

Difficult to maintain Work life balance. Ends up staying back after working hours as most meetings are scheduled after 5.30 IST with the US/ Europe colleagues. Few colleagues from the East side of globe do not value the time of India team folks and expect to work even after office hours.
