Benchmark is a company whose mission is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible and be included in the communities they reside. It is fulfilling work and you leave each day knowing that you have made a difference in someone’s life. Another big pro for me is how progressive the company is. The company has recently invested a lot of effort and energy into Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. I respect and appreciate that very much.

Cons

Just like any job, there are challenging days. You may go into the day with a plan, but a behavior may disrupt those plans. You have to exercise a lot of patience and flexibility.
