Working at AWS/Benchmark was a very interesting experience.

Pros

You learn to be very patient, and there are dedicated people that take great care of the clients. You learn a lot about the clients you take care of and eventually instead of seeing them with problems, you'll see them as regular people.

Cons

It can be very stressful, you can be called in to work regardless of your school schedule, no chance of a raise, and some people don't value their employees.

Pros

Dedicated employees who truly care about the clients.

Cons

They want you on call 24/7 with no additional incentives. You dont get overtime forvthe additional hours. Not allowed to leave early to compensate for additional time worked. They don't seem to value their employees.
