Pros

Flexibility ( this is a great job for students!). Pay is fair for the amount of work that is involved. Paid training ( including mileage), they have rally's twice a year to keep everyone abreast of the updates/ changes.

Cons

As a job coach, the hours aren't guaranteed.

None what so ever, choose another company yo work for.

Cons

EVERYTHING. No holiday pay, very low paying, no vision insurance, medical insurance is very expensive and barely covers anything.
