Pros

I love the clients, I love being able to work at a job that brings me personal satisfaction. That's worth so much more than the beans they pay us to be here. That's why I stay.

Cons

There is very little training for management, except what friendly coworkers will lend you. Paperwork and regulations can be overwhelming at times, and being on call 24/7 is draining.

This company provides entry level and provides the opportunity to get the experience tou need.

Cons

There is no room for advancement. You are stuck working the same position. That is if you are not in good with the director.

Pros

You feel like you're making a difference in your consumer's lives. It is definitely fulfilling work if you are able to do it.

Cons

Hard work for not much pay high turnover rate when other staff aren't experienced, you are required to train them, even after months of employment
