Pros

Schedule, autonomy, and zero micromanaging

Cons

Lack of support. Everyone at every level knows the ethical concerns and will just continue to redirect you to tell someone else, then complain that you haven't reported it appropriately - resulting in ZERO consequences. Cameras everywhere in most spaces but yet all concerns conveniently happen off camera and nobody bats an eye. Regional director constantly looking for any loopholes to not hold people accountable. Toxic work environment where professional level staff continue to not do their job, citing that no one else does, so why would they. BCBAs beware.

Cons

Budgets are always tight even though millions end up going to upper management and a foundation. Technology and processes are slow to change because of long-term managers.
