Coworkers are about the only good thing. That’s if you have the right co worker.

Cons

$16.00 an hr Have to work overtime to make over $1,000 every two weeks. They have clients who should be in nursing homes there. You feed, change, give meds, watch over, interact with 4 clients a day. ALL FOR $16.00 an hour. They will keep sick clients who don’t want to be there…. There just to get that money for the day. They don’t really care about their well being.

Company is totally in it for the money they will make you bill way beyond what is required to Medicaid and there are no raises - poor benefits - management style is micro- managing and close to tyrannical - our department has had over 8 people in this position quit in the past 3 years

The pay is real good.

Cons

Management, the BCBA's and the other head staff are not reliable,trustworthy or competent. The residents they bring are extremely violent. They don't care about their employees and the list of cons goes on and on. Stressful work environment!!!!
