Pros

Plan your own days. Create relationship with great people. Co workers are helpful.

Cons

Quarterly visit can be overwhelming as a lot of driving and a lot of repetitive documentation. Need an increase in salary. Bonus is due to your performance; however, not a clear breakdown as I was there for 3 years and worked my butt off and NEVER receive a bonus.

You are apart of the food budget. You get to wear regular everyday clothes.

Cons

The upper management is hard to work with. Many people through out the company will say you need to watch your own back and to not trust anyone.
