Decreased communication amongst building staff and HR, lack of care for work/ life balance, decreased opportunity for growth, no options in place for COVID sick time, increased focus on "company name" rather than patient outcomes, QOL, and ethical treatment. Lack of support or opportunities for education of staff and personal learning growth. Decreased focus on evidence-based practice with an increased focus on productivity over effective, generalizable intervention. Do not work for this company if you are a clinical fellow speech-pathologist. There is extremely high carry over rate and you will have minimal support or opportunities to learn. You do not want to work for this company as your first experience in the field, because it will be extremely negative.
