Pros

They use Optima documentation and that is the only positive that I experienced working with Skidmark Therapies.

Cons

Cut throat management. You bend over backwards to get bent over forwards by management.

Pros

Great staff at all levels. This is an honest and trustworthy company that truely puts patients first. It is a therapist owned company that still focuses on the patient while caring for each and every employee. I have worked for several other therapy companies and they do not come close in quality!

Cons

I think they should be in every SNF!
