-micromanaged -supervisor takes forever to get back to you -they train you on the basic role but after a few weeks will change your role and have a half effort training on it -borderline impossible to receive bonus because the qualification is so high -if you take any breaks or jump on the phones later than start time that effects your whole day productivity -the AOA letters that are sent out to UHC members are basically a scare tactic to get customers to allow customers to work with Benelynk and that’s just not right since many of these members/customers are elderly, so you may get cussed out on the phone or yelled at because some of them do know it’s unethical and a scare tactic. -can’t take any time off your first 3 months without it being counted against you -when asking supervisor why the Medicaid renewal date for members in our system didn’t line up with what the state Medicaid office had I was told to “never tell the member what date we have on file because most times it’s incorrect” super shady if you ask anyone -calls that aren’t meant for other departments of United healthcare are constantly routed to the Benelynk department and we have to ask them all these questions even though they didn’t call in for it. -unsolicited calls ALL day everyday! Literally spamming UHC members with calls so if you do not want to cold call, this job is not for you!
