Poor communication and lack of transparency during layoffs. Employees were terminated abruptly in a short meeting with no opportunity to ask questions or receive meaningful explanations.

It's a paycheck. You get lots of earned PTO.

Cons

The autodialer sucks, metrics, biweekly meetings and scripts. You will bored all day everyday. It's a pointless job. Take it if it's you're only option.
