Good job to have as a college student, lots of space to work on homework

Cons

Boring, depressing work environment, had to light cigarettes for people living there... oh and also really low pay.

-I see reviews about poor management; i have not experienced that in my 1 year here. -Co-workers are awesome. -I'd consider living here when I'm old because rhe facility is so nice. -PAID SCHOOL TUITION!!! -Their insurance is Blue cross blue shield (very good) premium is low -full time is considered 60+ hours

Cons

- the food menu for the residents is limited and not very diverse. The chefs should be allowed more menu diversity. But I'm not here to eat; here to work -pay could be better/but it could be worse too (Not a really a con)

Nursing directors report to non clinical Housing directors which leads to ineffective leadership and poor outcomes. Directors expected to cover all shifts from assistants to floor nurses, night, day ,evening due to lack of staffing.
