      Tips Connection with clients Free makeup (if you can use it) Can meet some great people Pay is great (if you ask for it)

      Cons

      -Fail to expand the line to reach ALL ethnicities and complexions -Dress up like a little girl which is sometimes awkward when having to sell (the company has been around long enough to be able to) -Sr Management fails to handle issues on store level (everything is brushed under the rug) -Unrealistic sales goals -If you mention issues, be prepared to handle it on your own because upper management is afraid to manage or afraid to bring all parties together to handle the issues -favortism -Amazing is never good enough. Of your team is great, they push you until you crash and burn

      Pros

      It's hard not to love this job. Brand is amazing, growing by the minute, and they have beautiful offices that make you want to come to work every day.

      Cons

      ThIs is a big brand that grew too fast from their early entrepreneurial state, therefore, there's an epidemic of very clueless characters holding upper management/executive positions who have no business being there. HR department doesn't foster a culture of appreciation, motivation and growth. Overall public sentiment is that you are just 'stuck'.
