Amazing Company Culture, Great Benefits & Good Work-Life Balance

Lots of fun office-wide team-building events Great work life balance Chance to test new products & get free makeup which never hurts They often promote from within CEO who constantly challenges you to break the mold and think differently Amazing place for creatives, as no idea is a bad one at Benefit Most importantly, there are opportunities to move from the field to the corporate office. If you work hard and have a great attitude doing it, you WILL be noticed by this company.

Cons

Benefits could be better for full-timers. PTO isn't great, but heath coverage is very good Starting salaries can be low for SF

No career growth, poor management, poor support from human resources and upper management. Salary is not competitive.

When allowed, creative teams especially overseas have clever ideas CEO, CFO, COO are very good leaders and extremely knowledgeable about the industry

Cons

Creative leadership is heavy-handed bordering on abusive HR is ineffective and never addresses bad management No career path or training other than longevity, which promotes unqualified people to decision-makers Almost no one trusts their mgr or believes in her ability to manage a team behind the curve in use of technology - too much $$ spent on travel.
