There is no growth at this company. Some people have been in the same roles and titles for multiple years. HR does not help with anything. They are terrible at getting back to you and do not prioritize accordingly. Global Office teams are very clique. It feels much like high school, there’s no collaborations amongst teams but everyone wants the credit. Those in senior or director positions run and rule a whole project. Again no collaborations and most ideas will be shut down by people in higher positions.
