      Somewhat flexible as fair as schedule and balance, free products, easy workload

      Cons

      Company culture extremely toxic, super gossipy from vp’s, regional, including ex employees engaged in the gossip and belittling. No room for growth. No development programs in place. Company lack of trust in employees. Micromanaging to the fullest extent. Favoritism for specific mangers, unethical business practices. Violation of labor laws and misclassifications. The list goes on
